Night night, sleep tight! 😴

Only one week to go before our kids go back to school.

So it is about time to start getting them back into the normal rhythm of getting to bed on time.

Now I am writing this to you at 20:00 while waiting at a restaurant for our take away, so clearly today was a fail.

So how much sleep do your kids need?

- Toddlers (one to two): 11 to 14 hours
- Preschoolers (three to five): 10 to 13 hours
- School-age (six to 13): 9 to 11 hours
- Tweens and Teens (14 to 17): 8 to 10 hours

Now it ofcourse depends on each individual child how much sleep they really need, but the above list is a good starting point.

An easy way to think about it is that if they need to get up at 07:00 that the young ones need to go to bed before seven, and the older ones can get to bed a bit after seven.
